Description
Ultraconfidentiel is a creative design studio based in Delhi, acting in the interior designing and architecture sectors (Designing Corporate Offices, Hotels, Restaurants, Luxury retail etc.)
Ultraconfidentiel is looking for a design head able to:
- realise highly creative interior design concepts for offices, retails, showrooms, hotels
- manage the design and architect teams and support them in all on-going projects
- take final decisions on project’s design concepts like colours, materials, furniture
- explain with clarity a design concept to clients, contractors, suppliers during meetings
- work closely with the architecture team and the management team and spread information in both teams
- organise his team to work on various projects at the same time with different deadlines
Specific skills:
- excellent skills in communication, management and conceptual thinking
- mastering design and architecture software
- ability to invent creative design concepts, and be able to present them orally
- strong knowledge of materials and processes
- English fluent with excellent presentation skills
- excellent team manager with ability to interact and work closely with other departments
- ability to work on multiple projects & simultaneously meet multiple deadlines
- strong organisational skills; ability to work independently, and take decisions
- significant experience, at least ten years’, designing commercial spaces
