Graphic designer
at Stockwool

Stockwool is seeking a graphic designer to join its team in London.

Position: full or part-time, permanent or contract.

Stockwool is one of the UK’s leading architecture practices for urban regeneration. Over the last 25 years, we have built up a portfolio of acclaimed projects across the capital and the south east. To us, creating places that enrich all of our lives is everything. Our reputation for quality and exceeding clients’ expectations is built on our belief that successful urban regeneration makes a positive difference to people and communities.

We’re looking for an ambitious design graduate to support our marketing and architectural teams. Working in part with our marketing and communications manager, and in part with our architectural teams, you will help inspire our team and clients with industry-leading visual output, taking responsibility for creating and improving bid proposals, presentations, digital communications and ensuring brand consistency across our practice. This role is office based.

You will be a self-motivated and highly organised individual who can manage several projects at once and have the desire to come forward with new ideas and contribute to the bigger picture.

Duties will include

Design:

  • designing and producing highly creative, impactful presentations and documents for new business pitches and client meetings
  • print and digital artwork creation for campaigns and events
  • creating diagrams and manipulating photography and CGIs to support architectural submissions
  • checking and adjusting artwork in line with brand guidelines
  • maintaining image, template and CV libraries
  • sourcing and creating content for our website and social media channels

You will have:

  • an HND or degree in graphic design or related subject (although we would consider an unqualified individual with an impressive portfolio and industry experience)
  • strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Mac literate
  • creative flair and a sharp eye for detail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • collaborative nature and a team player
  • the ability to work to regular and often tight deadlines
  • knowledge of photography, rendering CGIs, videography, HTML and web design are an advantage

We want people who believe in their abilities and buy into our ethos; team-players who understand what it means to work truly collaboratively, who have great communication skills and who are able to think for themselves.

If this role excites you, please submit your CV and portfolio/examples of your work via the apply for job button quoting reference STO_GA22.

We regret that due to the high number of anticipated responses we are unable to respond to unsuccessful applicants. We are an equal opportunities employer.

Candidates should have the right to work in the UK.
