Urban Habitat Studio is seeking Part 2 architectural assistants to join its team in London.
Urban Habitat Studio are seeking talented, enthusiastic RIBA Part 2 assistants to support our team on the planning stages of residential and specialist residential projects on a freelance basis. We are currently working remotely so this role will suit candidates who enjoy working from home and who require a flexible work arrangement.
The range of the candidates should have the following capabilities as a minimum:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification (or equivalent) with ambition to achieve RIBA Part 3
- experience of residential projects in the UK
- strong and demonstrable design and presentation skills
- strong and demonstrable understanding of technical issues
- be eager to contribute and learn, assisting the team with a variety of tasks
- AutoCad (essential) and SketchUp (essential)
