Studio Fuksas is hiring a BIM manager to join its team in Paris.
Studio Fuksas is currently seeking BIM manager with minimum five years’ of experience using Revit to produce detailed architectural drawings, the position is based in our Paris office. Successful candidates must demonstrate effective capability in planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives in which Studio Fuksas is involved. We are searching for a full-time team member who is dedicated, detail oriented, and articulate; possesses strong design skills; and is excited about contributing in a collaborative setting.
Duties and responsibilities:
- the successful BIM manager will manage projects while also providing mentoring and leadership to all BIM
- management of all aspects of BIM software packages, including installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all BIM installations locally as well as analysing and solving BIM user issues.
- act as project interface, providing support to each project team by managing and creating content library files and templates, creating, and enforcing standards, and evaluating project models
- management, implementation, and upkeep of all relevant BIM standards etc. Ensuring all BIM Coordinators are trained to the required level
- management and provision of training and continuing education as required to staff on all BIM software, processes, and new technologies
- keep up to date with the most recent technologies and thinking in the BIM space by attending conferences, seminars and workshops for BIM
Qualifications and skills:
- master’s degree in architecture or related field
- great knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit, AutoDesk certification a plus
- minimum of five years’ drafting experience using AutoCAD/Revit to produce detailed architectural drawings
- proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- able to read and create a full set of construction drawings with details
- commitment to excellence and high standards
- excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

- ability to manage priorities, resources and workflow
- versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
- ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- must have experience managing a full library of works
- must have experience managing and getting the best out of a BIM team
- in depth knowledge of current BIM software versions
- proficiency in French and English, Italian as a plus
