Buckland Pool & Building Company is seeking a design and project manager to join its team in Reigate, UK.
Project manager for company specialising in design and build of swimming pools and leisure buildings.
Responsibilities are likely to include (but not restricted to):
- development of new business proposals, including designing and detailing
- day-to-day contact with sites and clients to manage specifications and project progress
- liaison with key suppliers
- opportunities to develop company marketing strategy/collateral
- possibility of future equity stake
Answering directly to, and sharing responsibilities with, the MD, salary and job description are negotiable. No specific qualifications are required, though experience of planning applications / Building Regulations would be helpful.
