Senior designer/architect

Design Haus Liberty is hiring a senior designer/architect to join its team in London.
Start date: as soon as possible
Candidates who can start in December will have their applications prioritised.
Design Haus Liberty is an architecture and interiors practice based in London, W8, known for delivering high-end commercial and residential schemes both in the UK and internationally.
We are looking for highly motivated and talented senior designers – architects with high-end, private residential experience who are passionate about working on both international and UK based projects.
Essential skills and experience:
- degree in architecture (not interior design)
- at least seven years post grad experience with a focus on conceptual front-end projects
- excellent sense of graphics and design concepts
- innovative design thinking and comfortable interpreting design direction
- a strong design sensibility, strong creativity and the ability to conceptualise
- proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD and Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop
- proficiency in a Windows/PC environment (not Mac)
- experienced in staying calm and focused during projects to deliver on time, under pressure
- strong, natural communication skills in order to communicate with clients, comfortably address project issues as they arise and present concepts and designs etc.

- applicants must be willing to travel to and be able to work from our London W8 studio. We are exploring hybrid working and rethinking the purpose of our studio but we do not intend being a fully remote business, nor will this role holder have the potential to work remotely abroad for long periods
