Design assistant
at Yellow Studio
Yellow Studio is seeking a design assistant to join its New York team.
In this role, you will ideate and develop designs for both small and large-scale productions worldwide.
You will work in collaboration with existing members of our design team. Tasks will include creative brainstorming, design research, compiling mood boards, initial 3D modeling and development, material selection, and onsite supervision. Projects range from large-scale televised shows to studio shows, concerts, exhibitions and live events.
We are seeking someone with creative flair and a conceptual approach to design. Experience with design research, development, and basic rendering is a must. Advanced hand sketching abilities are a plus.
Beginner to intermediate skills desired in the following softwares:
- Rhino or 3DS Max
- Unreal Engine
- CAD or VWX
- Photoshop
- InDesign
