Mid-weight/senior interior designer

Janine Stone & Co is hiring a mid-weight/senior interior designer to join its team in London.
Salary Range from £35K to £60K subject to experience.
Janine Stone & Co, for more than 30 years have designed, developed, and refurbished some of the most extraordinary private residences in the world. We manage all our projects from concept through to completion which enables us to ensure every detail is unique. Due to the volume of work we are looking to recruit a number of interior designers, both senior and middle weight, as well as FF&E specifiers. The roles can either be on a full time or freelance basis, subject to the candidate’s preference.
The successful candidates will be attached to our London Battersea office, although the opportunity to work some of your time remotely is optional
As a senior or mid-weight interior designer at Janine Stone & Co, you will be involved in producing design solutions of quality that inspire our clients. The ideal team member will help establish design concepts for new projects, maintain good relationships with our clients and take responsibility for preparing high-quality design documentation for key stakeholders.
Essential technical skills and experience:
- five plus years’ of working on luxury private residential projects
- degree level design qualification
- project coordination
- sound creative design and detailing knowledge
- good interpersonal and client facing skills
- design/construction problem solving
- ability to sketch/presentation of ideas and concepts
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Google SketchUp
