Project lighting designer
at Equation
Equation is hiring an experienced project lighting designer to join its creative team in London.
Equation is an award-winning professional independent lighting design consultancy established over 35 years ago. Our diverse portfolio covers exciting projects in the UK and abroad including lighting masterplans, urban regeneration projects, commercial developments, prime residential schemes, retail, hospitality, arts and cultural projects. We collaborate with the world’s foremost architects, interior designers and landscape designers on prestigious projects.
Successful candidates will have:
- a minimum of two years’ of experience of working in a professional independent lighting design team
- a solid grounding in architectural lighting design, highly creative, great communicator and very keen to develop their career further
- a great passion for design and the ability to communicate and present ideas using drawings, sketches and other computer visualisation methods is essential
- excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD and DIALux
- an experience in BIM/Revit/Rhino would be advantageous
