Senior interior designer

Enel Development is looking for a senior interior designer to join its team in London.
Applicants should be familiar with the interior design process from design development, materials research and selection, through to procurement, production and installation.
The candidate would be responsible for preparing design presentations and must possess the ability to interpret clear design ideas with visuals and material boards to the directors and clients.
The candidate should have the knowledge, capability & imagination to prepare independently, a design concept in line with the individual requirements of each project. They should also have the experience developing design drawings and schedules as well as preparing FF&E budgets, sourcing finishes, fixtures, furnishing, fabrics, lighting hardware and accessories developing design drawings (bespoke furniture, lighting, joinery, layouts) and schedules for the review with the design team The candidate would be expected to work closely with the architects and assist with any requirements they have during construction phase as well as maintaining and updating sample libraries.
This is a full-time role based out of our offices in Mayfair, London. The candidate should have a minimum of five years’ of experience leading design on high end residential properties, within prime central London would be bonus.
Software requirements: AutoCAD, Adobe Indesign and Photoshop.
