Modulor Studio is seeking an architectural assistant to join its practice in London on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a creative, dynamic and motivated team player to be engaged in all aspects of medium sized multi unit residential projects at different work stages including:
- concept design
- planning applications
- detail & technical design

Required skills and experience:
- Part 2 level qualification with two years practical experience in the UK
- intermediate level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office software (PC based)
- intermediate level knowledge of Lumion Rendering Software
- knowledge of Enscape, VR integration or 3D printing an advantage
good concept sketching skills an advantage
an interest in gaining experience through involvement in all aspects of residential project
ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
good spoken/written English language with strong interpersonal skills
availability to start Immediately advantageous
