Coco Wolf is hiring a showroom manager to join its team in London.
Coco Wolf is a luxury outdoor furniture manufacturer with an enviable reputation within the interior design industry. We work on some of the most exciting projects worldwide, working alongside some of the most influential designers on both residential and hospitality projects worldwide. Coco Wolf is a family run business run by partners Rebecca & James Lorimer. Our London office is creative and hardworking, who thrive on the challenges set by the prestigious projects we work on.
Essential
Must have showroom experience selling high-end furniture to either architects, interior designers and/or procurement companies on luxury projects.
The key responsibilities of the showroom manager:
- achieve sales results in the London showroom
- follow up and develop the relationship with existing clients
- manage all activities, processes and administration work related to the showroom
- deliver excellent service to our clients
- support sales team members who spend their days travelling
- to process orders and transmit them to the headquarters and keep the client informed about production and secure payments
- assist with delivery and handling of the order
- managed and update CRM system
- be tech-savvy and have a good understanding of CRM systems and managing emails
The successful showroom manager will be:
- minimum of three years’ of experience in the same or similar position
- proven contacts with the A&D community
- professional and cheerful demeanour with clients and with staff
- fluency in English both written and oral
- highly organised and conscientious, flexible, and willing to work after hours and on weekends when necessary
- preference for design background and ability to read architectural plans and use Photoshop
- strong IT Skills and applied social media tools
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- previous management experience in a luxury environment
- meticulous attention to detail, both operational and customer-focused
- well-presented and articulate, always demonstrating respect and politeness
- ambitious and passionate about achieving results
- able to engage with a wide range of clients with a professional, calm and elegant approach – enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated
- a strong common sense approach with the ability to successfully handle multiple demands and priorities

Full-time position
Salary: £28k – 35k per year plus commission and benefits
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6 pm
