We reimagined the kitchen design process around a fully remote online platform that connects clients to high-end designers. We partnered with a premier manufacturer in Germany to provide domestic distribution for their cabinetry.

What is the position?
We believe in giving talented people space to grow and a platform to prove themselves. Our Design Rotation Program is a unique opportunity for designers to develop and showcase their skills, gain experience, and work towards becoming a holistic design professional.
With this program, there are three preset rotations
Rotation one: client interaction (three months)
The first rotation provides an opportunity for you to gain client-facing experience as you learn in-depth product knowledge with high end European cabinetry. This is also an opportunity to network with A&D professionals through outreach and work with our brand and marketing team. You will be introduced to our online platform and see how feedback gets implemented in real-time at a start-up.
You will be responsible for:
- responding to and engaging with inbound leads
- becoming an expert guide on our product and design process
- reaching out to A&D network
- coordinating with marketing on campaigns
- documenting client interaction in CRM
- providing feedback to marketing
Rotation two: technical design (three months)
The second rotation provides you an opportunity to design under the guidance of industry professionals. Along with design, you will also be exposed to the entire fulfilment process and how to troubleshoot issues during logistics and installation. During this rotation, you will have an opportunity to take a project from design to installation.
You will be responsible for:
- assisting and shadowing seasoned designers in trade
- supporting design for trade projects
- facilitating order fulfilment and logistics
- problem solving with our installation support team
- providing feedback to operations and engineering teams
Rotation three: client design (six months)
The third rotation provides you with the opportunity to work independently on your own projects. You will serve as a representative for our company. Guiding clients through the design process, you’ll craft kitchens fit for their homes. We will provide you with all the support you need and will be monitoring your progress. At FORM, we believe in merit-based success.
You will be responsible for:
- guiding clients through the design process via our online platform
- producing comprehensive designs based on clients’ needs
- communicating and presenting designs through digital platforms
- managing multiple projects simultaneously
- working with our rendering team to create photorealistic images of client spaces
- assisting clients with product selection
- collaborating with back-end operations to process orders
- providing input to our engineering team to help shape our platform
Qualifications:
- BA, BS, BFA or B.Arch from an accredited interior design or architecture program
- tech-savvy, able to adapt to our constantly evolving online platform
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- experience with 3D design softwares, Google Suite and Adobe creative suite is a must
- highly organized and able to multitask effectively
- comfortable client facing via Zoom

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $60,000 per year with potential for six figures within a year.
