Senior design architect

Studio Fuksas is inviting applications for a senior design architect to join its team in Rome.
Requirements:
- professional with a minimum of five years’ experience
- conceptual design talent, able to work on a large scale building project
- capable of producing unique architectural concept and schematic design
- passionate, creative, motivated and dynamic
- able in developing client relationships, leading and mentoring a team
- a trendsetter who understands the challenges faced by the architecture and design industry in sustainability sector
- strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of large scale projects
- experience in architectural design and master planning, with focus in concept design
- strong conceptual thinking
- excellent command of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit is a plus)
- aptitude for problem-solving
- excellent knowledge of English, Italian is a plus
- curious and creative in the search for solutions
- self-disciplined and confident in an international environment
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in architecture
- professional license is preferred
- five to ten years’ experience
- commitment to excellence and high standards
- excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- ability to manage priorities, resources and workflow
- versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
- ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
