Grimshaw Architects is hiring a project manager to join its team in London.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our practice to work on a high profile and significant rail/infrastructure project, with scope for career development in a stimulating work environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive demonstrable experience of supporting the management and delivery of large-scale projects.
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience gained within complex projects, supporting design leads in the preparation and upkeep of scope documents, programmes, resource and fee schedules, periodic reporting, change control, sub-consultant contract management with an ability to engage with the client interface relating to these areas. The successful candidate will have experience of supporting the delivery of projects to the agreed scope, deadlines and cost limits. We are looking for someone with good leadership skills who can help manage a team effectively.
We are seeking someone with an understanding of design contracts, managing commercial matters and interfacing with external parties. Experience of the architectural process and the transport sector would also be advantageous.

A competitive salary of £50,000 plus as well as a generous benefits package is offered for the role.
The practice is currently working remotely however you will be expected to be able to return to the Studio, albeit in a flexible capacity, in the future.
