ALT Studios is seeking an experienced architect/technologist to join its team in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
We are looking for an experienced and driven architect/technologist to work on exciting and diverse projects across the UK; primarily in the sectors of high-spec; retail, hospitality, workspace and private residential. It is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate(s) to further establish and influence the direction of an independent, design-led studio.
The candidate must:
- love coming up with unconventional ideas, as well as agonising over the details
- have exceptional experience in both design and delivery on site, including strong technical skills
- be ready to be completely hands-on and lead projects, from inception to completion
- have experience liaising with clients, contractors and other consultants
- have a minimum of four years’ pos- chartered experience
Software requirements:
- Revit (compulsory)
- Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
Salary: competitive to match level of experience
