London, UK
FF&E procurement and project manager
at Angel O’Donnell
Angel O’Donnell is hiring an FF&E procurement and project manager to join its team in London.
Ready to make that leap?
We’re looking for a team-playing, problem-solving, positive-thinking FF&E procurement and project manager to join our growing interior design studio in London.
A passion for interiors and procurement is a must. So, too, is the ability to work alongside our talented designers on multiple projects.
We want you to shake things up – to streamline our procurement process and make life easier for the team.
Your ability to keep projects on track – from initial costings to the management of timelines and suppliers – will free our designers to do what they do best: craft beautiful schemes.
It’s an invaluable role with huge scope for development. You’ll be joining a small but strong team looking to build on its huge success. So if you want to take your career to the next level – now’s the time to come on board.
About us
In just four years, Angel O’Donnell has established itself as one of the UK’s most creatively diverse and award-winning interior design studios.
Our projects include stucco-fronted Georgian townhouses, modernist, high-rise penthouses, cubist-inspired villas and vast, mixed-use developments.
The breadth of work we take on ensures that each project is unique and represents an exciting opportunity for everyone involved.
What we’re looking for:
- at least five years’ experience working in a busy creative environment, delivering multiple projects on time and on budget
- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, Project Management software and EstiMac
- good at using your initiative, handling pressure, adapting to new environments and thinking proactively
- excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- ideally a project management qualification in QS, PRINCE2 or similar
- knowledge of different design packages would be a bonus but not essential
Your role in more detail:
- leading the procurement strategy for the studio and installations on site, working with all relevant parties to ensure the smooth delivery of each project for our clients
- working with our designers to prepare full FF&E cost estimates and product specifications
- building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing suppliers
- assessing bespoke specification packages to select the most suitable suppliers
- monitoring and controlling budgets
- liaising with contractors, architects and other professionals
What we’re offering:
- £38,000 – 40,000 a year
- pension
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and 3 days shutdown over Christmas
- flexible working between your home and our central London office
- access to workplace wellness facilities, including yoga and Pilates classes
- a friendly team with the energy of a start-up and the confidence of a big business
- a career with exciting growth prospects
