Riach Architects is seeking a senior architect/associate director to join its team in Oxford, UK.
Riach Architects are looking for an experienced senior architect/associate director to join our friendly team, in one of the most prestigious architects practices in Oxford.
The successful applicant needs to have:
- at least eight years’ experience as an architect
- ARB registered, RIBA member (or eligible)
- technical competency in Auto Cad and potentially in BIM and RIVIT
- experience in leading a team
- the ability to manage and supervise multiple projects from start to finish
- good communication and networking skills
- up to date on the latest planning laws
- excellent design skills
- some business knowledge of an architects practice
Pay: negotiable, depending on skills
Flexible working hours: home/office
