Senior project/design lead – associate level

Heta Architects is looking for a senior project leader/design lead to join its team in London.
We are a progressive London-based design practice with several current significant projects and a strong pipeline of international projects across a range of sectors.
Our leadership team have backgrounds from international design practices and instil a strong design ethos in the practice.
It is an exciting time to join us to evolve an agile and expanding business.
Our team are a diverse group spanning creative and digital backgrounds creating a unique convergence of design, research and data-driven analytics.
We have a partner company in Seoul and therefore would be potential for travel to Korea if that was of interest to you.

We are looking for individuals with strong and varied skills, to be successful you will need:
- must be a qualified architect
- eight plus years’ experience working in practice
- strong design ethos and keen to foster a strong design culture
- future thinking, preferably with hospitality and/or residential led sector expertise
- strengths and experience in practice management processes to contribute to and drive a business forward
- solid UK experience on large scale projects, across most work stages, managing project teams and client expectations
- strong presentation and communication skills to win new business
- technical design expertise & material knowledge, to develop project designs through detailed work stages, tender and construction
- leadership skills with a willingness to mentor
- strong network with an enthusiasm to engage with clients and an industry network
- ability to develop practice research and insight studies
- exceptional time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure and to demanding deadlines
- excellent written communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- preferably with some tower and/or hospitality, luxury residential experience
- associate level or senior associate level will be considered, dependant on experience
