Anouska Hempel Design is seeking an FF&E procurement specialist to join its team on a full-time basis in London.
We are looking to recruit a candidate to join us immediately to work on the FF&E procurement for multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects across the globe including Philadelphia, Chile, and London.
The successful candidate will be solely responsible for taking over the procurement process, including budgeting, purchasing, and delivery of FF&E. Showing the ability to step in and take over quickly will be a must.
Skills required:
- experience in the management, sourcing, selection, and design of FF&E on a variety of project types including hotels, restaurants, residential, etc.
- experience in dealing with procurement on similar residential and hospitality projects
- proficient and experienced in FF&E procurement and documentation
- experience in creatively developing ideas/concepts and mood boards
- the ability and elegance to deal independently and proactively with the design team, FF&E suppliers, and the client at an international level displaying excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficiency in office package
- ability to quickly take over the current budgeting/reporting system run on Excel
- experience in the residential sector
- hospitality and residential industry experience
- proficiency in FileMaker
- knowledge of fabric and furniture suppliers essential
- ability to work to deadlines and keep calm under pressure
- excellent attention to detail
- InDesign and/or Photoshop experience
- willing to assist in other projects’ FF&E tasks if required
Salary is dependent on ability and experience and will be discussed at the interview stage.
