Architect/senior architect

POD Architects is looking for an experienced architect or associate level architect (dependent on experience) to join its team in London.
We have a great opportunity for an architect with a technical focus, to take the lead on a number of new-build mixed-use residential projects across the UK. This is a full-time permanent position.
This role will be heading up a team within POD to deliver several mid to large-scale inner-city projects. The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of five years post qualification experience, excellent technical skills, worked on projects in Revit, and have previously worked on projects through RIBA design stages 3-5.
Key responsibilities:
- leading projects to deliver a range of residential/mixed-use projects, through RIBA stages 3-5
- liaising with design teams including structural engineers, MEP engineers, transport consultants etc
Skills and experience:
- five years practice experience (post Part 3)
- experience in RIBA design stages 3-5
- working Revit knowledge and ability is essential (previous use of Adobe Suite is also preferred)
- experience coordinating in Revit with consultant teams
- residential design experience in the UK
- drawing skills, good written and spoken communication skills and knowledge of British building regulations
