Architects/senior architects (three to five plus years’ of post-qualification experience).

Heta Architects are seeking an experienced Architect to join its team in London, with the ability to travel regularly for projects between London and our partner company in South Korea.

We are an innovative London based design studio with a vision to design truly sustainable buildings, communities and cities. Our ethos is based on teamwork and collaboration with a diverse group of individuals spanning across the creative and digital sectors. We value high quality design with a growing portfolio of prestigious UK and international projects.

We have recently won several international projects at early concept stage and are looking for highly motivated, passionate, and proactive candidates who would like to progress their career and level of responsibility. We are looking for architect/ senior architects with three to five years’ minimum experience post-professional qualification.

The role is a permanent position upon completion of the project. It is an exciting time to join us and develop your experience with an agile evolving practice.

Architect/senior architect:

  • diploma or masters in architecture qualification (Part 2) from an accredited school
  • three to five years’ minimum post professional qualification
  • exceptional at design/concept stages and success in competitions and concept phases
  • experience of managing teams and projects through later work stages delivery and on site
  • UK and international project experience preferred

Required skills and competencies:

  • software skills in Rhino, Revit, Office and Adobe Suite
  • competent written and spoken language skills in English
  • strong front end design, graphical and presentation abilities
  • strong leadership, organisation, communication and time management skills
  • ability and desire to use self-initiative in a fast-paced studio environment
  • ability to collaboratively work in a team and to contribute to wider studio debate/activities, in a smaller agile studio
  • ability to build strong relationships across the studio and outside and work collaboratively with clients and consultants
  • experience of commercial mixed use sectors, including residential, hospitality, workplace, towers an advantage
  • good technical abilities
  • good client relationship skills and ability to lead/manage project team
  • ability and desire to mentor junior members of the team
