Senior interior architect

Hubert Zandberg Interiors is seeking a senior interior architect to join its team in London.
Responsibilities:
- delivery of full design packages – concept designs, layout plans and construction drawings, as well as preparing detailed drawings, models, images, material and mood boards and other documents relating to the design
- responsible for creating a project plan and working closely with the director and senior team on managing resources, ensuring adequate staff is allocated to meet deadlines within budgeted hours
- supervision of mid and junior IA team members along with other senior designers
- project management
- project cost control
- programming of project timelines
- liaising with clients where necessary and managing client relationships
- development of the design and the project with input from the directors and team for key project stages
- liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team, other professionals and other associated organisations or companies
- preparing and presenting design proposals to the client
- attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
