Senior/associate landscape architect

PLACE Design + Planning is seeking a senior/associate landscape architect to join its team in London.
We are looking for senior/associate landscape architects to assist the director in the management of projects in the studio and further grow the practice/project portfolio.
The senior landscape architect should have at least a minimum of two to three years’ post CMLI experience and the associate landscape architect should have a minimum of five to eight years’ post CMLI experience.
You will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in hard and soft landscape design, with a sound knowledge of technical detailing. You should be a good communicator with both clients and design teams, plus have proven ability to win new work and lead projects of various scales and complexities. We’re looking for passionate individuals who will contribute positively to the management of our committed and enthusiastic team.
Successful applicants will be involved in all stages of projects, from concept to detail, construction and contract administration. With good written and verbal communication skills they will need to be proficient in AutoCAD, Keyscape, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as having the ability to produce good hand-drawn graphic presentations. Experience in Revit, Keyscape RT and Enscape would be an advantage. An organised and efficient approach to completing work on time and to budget is essential.
