PiP Architects is a highly respected, design-led practice based in central Cambridge, delivering a wide range of innovative and distinctive projects across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. Our work spans from unique one-off homes and exclusive sustainable developments to sympathetic heritage office conversions and much more.
We are currently looking for a senior architect or architectural technologist to take a lead on running multiple projects across all RIBA work stages.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
- producing initial concept designs to meet a diverse range of briefs
- leading projects from concept to completion
- liaising with clients, contractors and other project partners
- supporting project architects to deliver high quality designs
The skills and experience we are looking for:
- a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience
- excellent technical and construction knowledge
- confident and ambitious design skills
- fully chartered member CIAT or RIBA
- ability to work across all project stages from conception to completion
- proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD
- high level of communication skills, both verbally and written
