Snøhetta is seeking a bid manager to join its team in Oslo, Norway.
Snøhetta is an integrated architecture, landscape, interior, product design and graphic design firm based in Oslo, New York, Innsbruck, Paris, Adelaide, Hong Kong and San Francisco. Since 1989, Snøhetta has established itself as a world-famous practice of urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, interior architecture, product and brand design. Snøhetta Oslo is looking for a bid manager to join our team. As our bid manager you will work on bids, tenders and contracts, and advise on matters related to these. You will be part of our acquisition team, which is responsible for new business across our markets. Among your tasks will be to develop bids and offers for architectural competitions for various projects, and you will work across our markets in the Nordics, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
We are looking for someone experienced in working on bids and contracts within architecture, real estate, engineering, or construction. Requirements:
- fluency in English and a Scandinavian language. Proficiency in other languages (especially German, Dutch, and Italian) is an asset
- a degree in law, business, architecture or engineering
- experience with bids and contracts within architecture, real estate, engineering, or construction
- a strong commercial sense
- a structured approach to problem-solving
- ability to work with tight deadlines
