Mid-weight interior designer/architect

Lind + Almond is hiring a mid-weight interior designer/architect to join its team in London.
Lind + Almond is seeking a mid-weight interior designer or architect to work on an exciting new central London hotel commission.
You will work closely with our directors to deliver detailed interior design and technical packages to fast-paced deadlines.
What you should have:
- a professional qualification in architecture or interior design
a minimum of three years’ of industry experience working on luxury hotel interior design schemes, from concept to completion - design flare
- a very high level of competence using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Indesign
- an ability to draw quickly and accurately in both 2D and 3D
- excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
- a good understanding of UK regulations relating to hotel design
- a good understanding of interior materials, fixtures and fittings suitable for a luxury hotel
- excellent written and spoken English
- an ability to follow directions and work for periods with minimal supervision
- a pro-active, positive attitude
- an ability to perform to a high level under pressure
- a passionate for interior design
- two suitable industry references
This role is based at our Highbury studio in North London. The successful candidate must be UK-based and have the relevant permits to work in the UK.
