Carlo Ratti Associati is hiring designers and junior designers to join its team in its New York, USA or Europe offices.
Carlo Ratti Associati is looking for junior designers and designers with a strong affinity for new technologies and the curiosity to research how they can transform the world of tomorrow. As part of our offices in the United States and in Europe, you will be working as a member of a multidisciplinary and international design team, tackling global projects during all design phases, from designing concepts to drawing plans, creating renderings, and making presentations. Since the positions will initially be fully remote, you can work from anywhere in the world as long as you approximately align with New York’s time zone. Salaries will be competitive and commensurate to experience.
Requirements:
- fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in another language is an asset
- master’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, or other relevant field
- one to three years’ experience in architecture or design office(s) for junior designer – two to five years’ experience for designer
- strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills
- good team player
- confidence in working in a complex and international environment
- knowledge of CRA’s work and vision is an asset
- mandatory skills – AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Rhino
- plus but not a must – Grasshopper, coding, rendering skills (V-Ray, Enscape) or an interest in business development
