Rossco Evans is seeking an architect to join its team in London.
Rossco are a looking for a creative and technically confident architect to join their Mayfair office. Rossco is a multidiscipline organisation with construction professionals (project managers, QS’s) working alongside architects to deliver high-end residential homes in London and the Home Counties.
The successful candidate should be a minimum of three years’ qualified (ARB) with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects in the UK market. Prior experience of client and contractor facing is essential along with the ability to manage and deliver projects as part of a small team.
The following skills are required:
- ARB registered
- demonstrable experience of all RIBA work stages
- excellent AutoCAD user
- excellent SketchUp user
- excellent NBS spec writer
- experience using V-Ray
- experience of BIM preferred (though not essential)
- experience of InDesign
- full and clean UK driving licence would be preferred
