Spaceagency is seeking a marketing assistant and PA to join its team in London.
Spaceagency is a leading international wayfinding and experience design agency based in London and working globally. Our practice connects expertise in urban design and architecture with the human focus of communication design and product design; enhancing how people experience and interact with spaces. Our international client portfolio includes cities, global brands and collaborations with renowned design studios.
Our company is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic junior marketing officer/PA to support the directors and our studio. This is a hybrid role encompassing marketing, media and PA duties within a creative and collaborative work environment. The role requires exemplary interpersonal, communication and digital platform skills.
Role responsibilities:
- coordinating directors’ diaries and correspondence and providing assistance and support to the directors on a daily basis
- planning and developing a content calendar for our social media platforms
- initiating, enhancing and maintaining our studio’s social media presence
- documenting social events, studio celebrations, team gatherings in video, images
- developing marketing content under guidance from senior management
- upkeep of marketing materials and team photos
- updating our website
- assisting with bids
Qualities we are looking for:
- enthusiasm and a positive, proactive, can-do approach
- excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- creativity and an eye for design
- taking initiative and proposing marketing ideas
- team playing and team spirit
Skills:
- degree in arts, design or humanities
- excellent written and spoken business English
- fluency with social media platforms
- knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- squarespace experience
- some design background is a plus
- video editing skills are a plus
- ability to write content is a plus
