Architectural assistant
at Studio MUTT
Studio MUTT is looking for a talented Part 2 architectural assistant to join the team in Liverpool, UK.
The studio works across a broad selection of projects, with an ambition to create joyful work to make everyday life better. Current projects engage particularly with the arts + culture sector, where the studio works alongside a number of high-profile galleries and museums, and with placemaking + public realm, working strategically with local authorities and private developers on large retrofit projects which seek to unpick and revitalise town centres as places for people.
Essential experience:
- as a part of a small studio team of six you should be collaborative, flexible and proactive
- the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- a working knowledge of Vectorworks (2D), SketchUp, VRay and Adobe Creative Suite
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- UK visa
Desired experience:
- a working knowledge of Vectorworks 3D
- prior experience in architectural practice
- prior experience in arts + culture sectors, particularly exhibition design
Start date: August/September 2022
Salary: competitive, commensurate with experience
