Lewandowski Architects is seeking a Part 3 project architect to join its team in Berkshire, UK.
Lewandowski Architects are a well-established, award-winning RIBA chartered practice based in Eton, Berkshire.
The practice has over 40 years’ experience delivering exemplar projects across all major construction sectors on construction budgets ranging from £50,000 to £10M. We specialise in education, private residential and hospitality sectors.
Our team offers a variety of skills and is a design driven architectural studio. We focus on producing considered, well-referenced solutions which enhance and respond to the needs of the end user. We seek to constantly challenge both our own and our client’s preconceptions.
All our projects are approached with a thoroughness and professionalism that reflect the practices’ commitment to providing the highest quality service whilst maintaining the personal touch that we pride ourselves on.
We are looking for an architect with at least three years’ post-Part 3 experience working on design-oriented projects.
Candidates should have a proven track record in high end, bespoke residential, or education projects, new–build and conversions
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- an eye for design and a passion for architecture
- a driven, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- great verbal and written communication skills
- excellent graphic skills
- the ability to multi-task
- AutoCAD experience
- knowledge of British Building Regulations
- ARB registered
- looking for full time employment
