Senior design architects:
- experience working within topflight design practices
- seven to ten years’ post-qualification experience in architecture
- demonstrated influential creativity in the design of successful competition and/or award winning schemes
- a portfolio reflecting experience within luxury projects
- team based and collaborative style in meeting deadlines
- desire to pass on knowledge to coach and grow emerging team talent
- highly presentable and professional approach to all aspects of client delivery
