Resolution Interiors is seeking a design manager to join its team in Somerset, UK.

In response to continued and planned business growth, we are would like to hear from technical design managers hungry for an exciting opportunity to influence and make immediate impact in a fast paced and growing team.

We are looking for proficient CAD/Revit users, (someone familiar with BIM Level 2 standards is desirable but not essential), to lead our existing team of in-house tech designers. Someone with demonstrable leadership and management experience who can develop strategic departmental plans to drive performance and innovation, nurture client relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Responsible for managing the technical design process end to end through our in-house experts and external collaborators, they will steer, motivate, engage and manage and be part of the wider business to influence our approach to project design.

Resolution Interiors are a design, project management and cat A and B fit out provider, and whilst based in the South West, deliver projects internationally within the retail, commercial and public sectors. We work with numerous well known brands and pride ourselves on delivering cost effective, best in class results.

This role will be predominantly based in our modern open plan head office space in Yeovil, Somerset but may also require some travel to project sites, client meetings etc.

The right candidate will have:

  • experience in a similar leadership/management role
  • industry experience within design and fit out, workspace and office or retail design
  • working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Office 365
  • the ability to work within the office hub with regularity
  • UK valid driving license

In return you will get:
