Part 2 architectural assistant

Adam Khan Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Part 2 architectural assistants, with strong design skills to join our growing team. The practice offers suitable candidates the opportunity to gain experience and develop working on a range of innovative and exciting live projects and significant new projects, including housing and mixed use and Arts projects for leading clients and local authorities. Successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of the practice from working on projects, internal design reviews and contributing to the design studio.
We are seeking applicants with the following skills and experience:
- a good team ethic, with an ability to work within a team as well as an ability to work well independently
- professional experience working across various work stages
- knowledge of building and planning regulations and a keen interest to develop further
- experience in housing would be advantageous
- ability to develop a design and options through a variety of different methods, including 2D and 3D digital drawing packages (proficiency in ArchiCAD is advantageous)
- communicating design ideas though drawing and model making
- a great eye for presentation
- strong written and verbal communication
- excellent image making skills with use of CAD rendering software and ability to use InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
