Norton Ellis Architects is hiring a newly qualified Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
Norton Ellis Architects are looking for a newly qualified Part 3 architect, based in London to join our small friendly team.
You should have a minimum of two years’ experience of working for an architect in the UK. Previous site experience is essential.
The role is to prepare technical details, building control documentation and carry out site visits for a contemporary office extension in Camden, and to assist the project director with the contract administration of the project.
The successful candidate will have good technical skills, with excellent written and spoken English, as you will have to be able to communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers and clients.
We would consider part-time working three to four days a week for the right candidate.
Experience with Vectorworks is preferred, but not essential. Revit is not required.
We are currently busy on several bespoke refurbishment and extension projects in central London.
We are based in the Clockwise co-working space near Alexandra Palace in North London. We have an air-conditioned self-contained office and use of the cafe, lounges and roof terrace.
