LRA Retinue is seeking an architect/technician/technologist to join its team in Brighton, UK.
LRA Retinue is passionate about design, sustainability and shaping the future of construction. We are seeking an enthusiastic and like-minded architect or technologist to become part of its growing team.
Based in our dynamic Brighton studio, we offer a hybrid flexible-working policy.
As our projects are currently predominately delivered through Revit, we are seeking someone who is proficient in digital modelling. We are looking for a dynamic, hard-working, career-minded, long-term candidate. You will be joining an experienced team that is going from strength to strength.

If you have/are:
- UK work experience with expertise in Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD and SketchUp/Enscape/Adobe Suite demonstrated in your portfolio
- excellent time-management and organisational skills – enjoys working to deadlines
- able to work within a team of architects with potential to lead on a project-by-project basis
- confident and able to work on own initiative
- strong awareness of building and material technologies
- a passion for traditional and modern methods of construction (MMC) e.g. CLT, pre-fabrication and off-site manufacturing
- a comprehensive understanding and direct experience of English planning process, building regulations and construction techniques
- responsible for project administration, reporting and co-ordination
- engaging, proactive and conscientious
- a readiness to innovate and take ownership
- organised, structured and detail-oriented
- high-level of communication skills: oral, written and presentation
