Part 2 architectural assistant/recently qualified Part 3 architect

Rundell Associates is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant or recently qualified Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
At Rundell Associates, we specialise in creating bespoke designs, tailored to suit the ambitions of each client and responding to the individual qualities of the site. We work within the private residential and commercial sector, on projects across the UK and abroad. Our work is rooted in the desire to meticulously understand materials, with the ambition of reaching the highest level of craftsmanship and finish.
We are looking for motivated, passionate and confident architectural assistants / architects to join our studio in Bayswater, London. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to be involved in the design process from start to finish, be part of client meetings, design team meetings and to gain site experience. At Rundell Associates we are keen to promote the development of aspiring Architects and are therefore looking for candidates that have a proactive attitude, have a practical mindset and a willingness to learn.
We are looking for someone with:
- excellent design and presentation skills
- a technical understanding of the built environment
- proven experience working through all RIBA stages, in particular Stage 4 and beyond
- knowledge of UK Building regulations and UK plannings processes
- strong ability and enjoyment of working with physical models
- proficiency in VectorWorks and the full Adobe Suite a must
- knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino and/or Revit a plus
- fluent spoken and written English
- must be eligible to work in the UK
