O’Donnel + Tuomey is seeking a project architect to join its team in Dublin, Ireland.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced project architect to work on significant cultural and social projects at home and abroad.
Working as part of our Dublin team, the project architect will develop architectural detail design solutions, prepare planning and other statutory applications, coordinate and review design team information, research and design robust technical details, produce tender drawings and specifications, and see buildings through to completion on site. We would welcome applicants who can demonstrate strong detailing skills and experience of projects at construction stage.
The project architect’s role involves client liaison, managing the design team/architectural assistants, and closely coordinating the design throughout the design and construction process.
Candidates should be highly motivated with excellent communication, numeration and organisational skills; good spoken and written English is essential. Candidates must be ARB/RIAI registered with a minimum of three years’ experience post-Part 3.
The successful candidate is required to be fully proficient and experienced in Revit and BIM coordination, including daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows/procedures and standards.
