Office manager, digital marketing and business development coordinator at Neil Davies Architects
Neil Davies Architects have recently been shortlisted for the AJ Retrofit awards and The Sunday Times’ British Homes Awards and are looking for a candidate to help run the office and digitally market the practice.
Role and responsibilities:
- manage director’s and shared office diary
- answer phones and email messages if staff are out of the office
- liaise with IT support
- update office and QA manuals
- organise staff training/CPD
- office management and project team support as appropriate
- identify new business development and marketing opportunities
- develop digital marketing strategies
- research and schedule events calendars of senior staff
- prepare and submit award entries
- brand development
- day to day management of website content and social media accounts
- edit and tailor branded marketing material
- draft press releases
- general communications administration feeding back into the marketing strategy
Candidates must have the following skills:
- excellent organisation and communication skills
- self-motivated and have initiative
- demonstrable graphic design experience
- fluency in Microsoft Office
- good knowledge of social media and scheduling platforms
- ad campaign management & analytics
- fluency in all Adobe CC programmes
- excellent organisation and communication skills
The suitable candidate will have minimum one year experience in a similar role and have an interest in architecture. Must be fully conversant with all programmes in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Must be able to touch type and amend PR and marketing copy. Knowledge of WordPress would be an advantage.
