Square Feet Architects is looking for experienced Part 1/2 architects to join its London-based practice.
We are looking for excellent assistant architects with some UK office experience, to work on a range of residential, education and community projects in our Marylebone (London NW1) studio.
Delivering packages and is used to dealing with planners, contractors and clients alike.
Someone with some technical knowledge, taste, design flare and excellent presentation skills.
It could be an excellent opportunity for a young architect to work on a variety of different projects, learn a lot and take on responsibility in a growing practice.
Successful candidate would have/be:
- proficiency in Vectorworks ideally, but if not, a quick learner
- excellent freehand sketching, visualisation and computer modelling skills
good knowledge of construction detailing and regulations - good communication skills to coordinate the work with clients, contractors and suppliers
- personable, willing to learn, a team player, and generally a good all- rounder
Excellent opportunity for the right candidate. Remuneration dependent on experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work permanently in the UK and have fluent written and spoken English.
