About the role
We are looking for experienced candidates to join our Seletti concession in Selfridges (London).
We have 30 hours contract available.
All applicants must be fully flexible and able to work within Selfridges opening hours (9:30am-10:30pm Mon-Sat and 11pm-6:30pm Sun).
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver an extraordinary shopping experience at Selfridges for customers from all over the world. You will provide the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, building quality customer relationships, driving sales and hitting sales targets.
The main duties will include:
- delivering of the sales, customer service standards
- engaging and being proactive with customers
- replenishing the shop floor stock
- checking the display on a matter if there is something missing, and all the stock is displayed
- cleaning and dusting the shelves
- capturing CRM data
- on a delivery day, processing the stock
- cashing up when needed

- must have an interest in learning and developing new skills
- must have strong communication and customer service skills to enforce and comply with all company policies and procedures which are fundamental in maintaining effective performance, communication and good business reputation
The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- previous retail experience with homeware
- customer focus
- strong customer service skills
- a flair for interiors
- knowledge of interior design products is the advantage
