Icon Architects has an opportunity for a Part 3 architect or recently qualified architect to join its team in London.
About us
Icon Architects specialises in creating beautifully designed, practical and sophisticated homes for high-end residential clients in and around Central London.
The successful candidate will work on our current and continually growing number of residential projects through all the RIBA work stages, from concept to delivery on site with direct exposure to client and design team relationships.
Therefore, if you are looking for an opportunity to develop your career and experience at a well-established practice, we are looking for candidates to join our practice on a permanent basis.
Skills demonstrated by candidates:
- sound knowledge and experience of UK residential projects, ideally from planning through to detailed design stages
- good communication skills and the ability to verbally and visually represent ideas to clients (with fluent verbal and written English skills)
- a high level of design and technical understanding with an eye for detail, to be evident through a portfolio of project experience
- strong ability to produce relevant information for planning and construction stages, through AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- well organised, initiative to work independently and well as part of a design team
- relevant work permits and currently a resident in the UK
