Bureau Lüthi is hiring a project manager to join its retail architecture team in Zurich, Switzerland.
Join our key account team working with a leading luxury Swiss heritage watch brand
Seeking: a dynamic, creative and analytical project manager to join and strengthen an established retail architecture team at the exciting and early stages of a new store concept and global retail roll out.
Your profile: highly passionate, driven and innovative- you have a high taste level and interest in fashion, current retail trends and live for creating first in class retail environments. You have exceptional design ability, thorough technical and construction knowledge to back up your design proposals and outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Your mission:
- design and develop new POS proposals including boutiques and shop-in-shop
- working closely and collaborating with in-house brand creative centre, brand experience, visual merchandising and marketing departments
- detail and implement new retail design and furniture concepts for multiple formats of POS
- international travel to boutique locations as necessary to ensure openings and handovers are on time and on budget
Your story:
- degree or master’s in architecture, interior design or similar
- experience in retail roll-out with an international brand preferred (brand position or design agency)
- five to seven years of experience in managing multiple construction projects, including tender negotiation
- expert internal and external stakeholder management skills, to ensure project objectives delivered on time and in budget
- international working environment requires fluent English both written and verbal. Additional languages including German and/or French are a plus
- flexible working time with 40% home office per week
- working knowledge of Vectorworks/ArchiCAD, Adobe CS and project management software
