Senior 3D artist/creative lead

Eleven is hiring a senior 3D artist/creative lead to join its team in London.
Eleven, a London-based visualisation studio, is seeking an experienced 3D artist with a strong background in architecture, interior design, or 3D graphics to join its team.

As a 3D artist at Eleven, you will work closely with a team of architects, interior designers, and project managers to represent all sorts of different-scale projects, from products and interiors to exteriors and masterplans. With your background in architecture, interior design, or 3D graphics and at least five years of experience in architectural visualisation, you will take the lead in projects and work with clients, such as architecture firms, marketing agencies, and real estate developers.
Requirements:
- a minimum of five years of experience in 3D visualisation, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, and lighting techniques. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Corona render/V-Ray, and Photoshop
- experience leading creative teams, setting art direction for projects, and executing them with others
- ability to teach technical and artistic skills to junior members of the team
- interest in photography/drone photography. We believe we can achieve better results when we are able to visit our project’s locations. By doing our own photography, we open the space to be more creative and get a better understanding of the site
- our clients often lean on our team to design architectural projects and interior design, therefore we value individuals who have an interest in art and design trends
- experience working in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines
- interest in animation and simulation are highly valued
- a result-oriented attitude and willingness to relocate to London (Eleven to help with the application process and cover costs of the skilled worker visa)
