Freelance Part 3 architect

Studio M Architects and Interior Designers is expanding and is seeking a freelance architect with excellent experience on high end residential projects to join its growing team in London.
We are seeking to hire an experienced freelance architect for a more than two month contract to work on a RIBA stage 4 package for a residential refurbishment project in London. Experience of all RIBA work stages is required with particular emphasis on the detailed design, coordination and delivery of contemporary construction methods and interior design.
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Remote working
Hours: Flexible
Start date: Immediate start date is essential
Personal attributes:
- strong level of attention to detail
- passion for interior design is essential
- effective negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships
Essential skills and experience include:
- experience in high-end residential
- an eye for contemporary design, detail and interiors with solid technical knowledge coordinating and resolving complex designs issues
- passion for interior design
- excellent experience delivering stage 4 packages (this includes drawings, specifications and FF&E schedules)
- excellent experience delivering bespoke joinery details
- exceptional design skills with attention to details
- experience acting as lead designer and contract administrator are advantageous
- strong Microstation skills are essential
- proficient in Adobe Creative Suite essential
- strong communication skills and team spirit
