BE produces residential and commercial projects worldwide. We fashionably bring personalised interiors and creative projects to life in a versatile way.
We are seeking an ambitious individual with a primary interest in a professionally supportive role as well as an interest in interior design and a tasteful eye, seeking to enter into this supportive role to our CEO/founder with enthusiasm as an interior design assistant with focus on one residential design project in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities – vary from day to day and may include:
- emails and phone calls
- calendar management
- digital project organisation
- sourcing: furniture, fixtures, finishes and materials
- specification sheets: via Photoshop
- rendering capabilities: via SketchUp and AutoCAD (however, limited – as these are primary responsibilities of lead designer and senior designers)
- external communication: with vendors, delivery personnel and customer service reps
- manage third party contracts in relationships with contractors, suppliers for client
- client purchasing services: online and via designer trade reps, invoicing and digital filing
- errands and tasks: picking up and returning samples to showroom galleries, postage, unboxing and hands-on job site assistance to lead designer furnishing/accessorising curation
- overall support: no task is too big or too small; team player with positive attitude seeking to meet goals and deadlines with enthusiasm; thrives off seeing creative projects come to life and assisting every step of the way to see it come to life
Required: car, valid driver’s license and laptop.
Required: flexible availability working autonomously Monday through Friday, with exception of holidays.
Required: 12-month contract encompassing an average of 50 hours per month; (some months may require less than 50 hours; some months may require more than 50 hours). Maximised at 600 hours total across the contracted 12-month period. Flat fee salary rate for the contracted 12-months period.
