LEOS International has an opportunity for a 3D visualiser to join its team remotely.
LEOS International, a real estate development company, is seeking a highly skilled 3D visualiser to join our team. As a 3D visualiser, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualisations, animations and 3D models of real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in visualisation, animation, 3D modelling and working with software such as 3D Max and other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
- create high-quality 3D visualisations and animations for real estate developments
- work closely with the design and development team to understand project requirements and objectives
- create accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors and exteriors
- use 3D Max and other relevant software to create renderings, animations and visualisations
- collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and consistency of visual representations
- develop creative solutions to design challenges and communicate ideas effectively
- ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
- keep up-to-date with the latest software and technology to improve efficiency and quality of work
- contribute to the development of marketing materials and other collateral
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or a related field
- over years’ experience in 3D visualisation, animation and modelling in the real estate industry
- expertise in 3D Max and other relevant software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- strong portfolio showcasing skills in 3D visualisation, animation and modelling
- knowledge of architecture, construction and interior design principles
- ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
