Project BIM lead
at KPF
KPF is recruiting a project BIM lead to join its team in Singapore.
Roles and duties:
- lead efforts to develop and produce drawings, technical, and construction documents
- collaborate with BIM manager and project architects to ensure adherence to project deliverable requirements
- assist in the implementation and execution of project BIM execution plan throughout all phases of the design process
- utilize BIM principles and design technologies to deliver large-scale projects
- develop design solutions to address project needs using various tools, and design technology workflows
- support BIM manager to implement appropriate workflows and best practices
- lead coordination efforts with QP to ensure compliance with BCA requirements
- support coordination efforts with consultants
- ability to troubleshoot BIM/Revit issues and support other team members in the use of Revit
Requirements:
- degree in architecture or equivalent
- minimum five years of working experience in project-specific BIM/digital design role on all phases of a project
- advanced knowledge and proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and other related BIM software including BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- knowledge with Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- knowledge of visualisation tools like Enscape, Vray or Twimmotion
- conversant with local standard quality implementation, requirements, submission and obtaining approval procedures from Authorities
- in-depth knowledge of building services and construction methodology
- good project management planning, interpersonal and communication skills
- a problem solver with critical thinking skills and excellent team spirit
- independent, analytical and a self-motivator
- able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
