Oppenheim Architecture Basel office is looking for a senior project architect with a strong technical background and extensive execution planning experience (over five years) in international high-end residential and hospitality projects. We are actively engaged in projects in Switzerland, the Mediterranean Sea, Middle East and Asia.
Oppenheim is located at Basel’s Creative Hub – the Dreispitzareal where you will join a unique team of around 25 people from over 13 nations and participate in fascinating projects around the globe. With our multicultural team, we exchange ideas in English. We offer a pleasant working atmosphere, a high degree of personal responsibility and the opportunity to develop and grow personally.
For this position we require applicants to have at least five years of qualified professional experience in Switzerland with a focus on detailed project and execution planning along with the awareness of local building codes, regulations and SIA standards. We are looking for people who find pleasure in independent execution of projects with high design standards and show courage in finding innovative solutions to complex tasks.
High architectural and design sensitivity are a must. We are looking for a dedicated personality with a committed and independent approach to work with a strong foundation in LEAN or BIM to Field as well as a very good knowledge of ArchiCAD and basic knowledge of Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote and MS Office.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and ideally some leadership experience, solid organisational abilities, forward-thinking and structured approach to project management.
Proficiency in written and spoken German (C2) and negotiation skills in English (C1-2) is an advantage you ideally bring along.
